Rent-Tent is fully staffed with a qualified Maintenance Team dedicated to ensuring top condition of our client’s properties. Effective Property Maintenance is a crucial aspect in ensuring good tenant relations while also protecting the value of a real estate investment.
Our Maintenance Team provides 24 hour response for tenants and landlords to report property deficiencies. The maintenance team is responsible for following up on and repairing deficiencies, performing property inspections, mediating tenant requests and coordinating trades-people.

Maintenance requests can be communicated to Rent-Tent through our 24 hour contact phone number or online through the automated maintenance request form on www.Rent-Tent.com. Once received our team will respond and contact both the tenant and landlord.

Rent-Tent gains authorization from landlords as to all maintenance performed on a property. Once approval is granted the Maintenance Team allows the property owner to be “hands free” as Rent-Tent is responsible for ensuring prompt and efficient repairs whether it be performed in-house or outsourced to one of our preferred contractors. A detailed worksheet and invoice is completed for every job performed at a property.

Beyond general indoor property maintenance Rent-Tent also offers supplementary services such as Outdoor Maintenance (Grass Cutting, Landscaping), Snow Removal, Cleaning Services and Moving Storage\Transportation.
